Each piece is individually handmade from the highest quality silk flowers and greenery, so we trust you will be amazed with your new piece.

Fleur & Dahlia wants you to be happy with your new piece, so if you are not happy for any reason please get in contact with us straight away to let us know why.

If there is a fault with the product or you believe something to be wrong with your product, then we may offer you a refund or exchange, if it has been brought to our attention within 3 days of you receiving your order. Please do this by letting us know your order number and what you believe to be at fault with your product. 

Fleur & Dahlia will process any refunds within 3-5 days of receiving the product back in store. Any exchanges and timeframes will be discussed between the purchaser and the team at Fleur & Dahlia.  

Unfortunately, we cannot provide a refund or exchange on any product for any change of mind, because once the order is confirmed the pieces are made.
